Isubscribe, a fast growing digital marketing and ecommerce business based on the Kings Road in London, requires a temporary Customer Service Executive to assist during our busy Christmas period. The role will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday for a period of between 3 and 4 months, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.
isubscribe is the UK’s largest online magazine and newspaper subscription store offering a range of over 3,000 titles. We are a young and vibrant team who are passionate about hard work in a fun environment.
The Role includes:
- Answering customer calls
- Replying to customer emails
- Order taking via phone
- Tracking and reporting on queries
- Various office administration tasks
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, fluent and well-spoken in the English language and a team player.
The candidate should:
- Have impeccable spelling and grammar
- Be a friendly and good communicator
- Have a “can do” attitude
- Be conscientious, with good attention to detail
- Have excellent computer and internet skills including Excel
- Have the ability to multitask
- Have an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills

Salary £9.75 per hour
