We are looking for bubbly, talented individuals with an understanding of student life and a passion for providing great customer service, to join our Chapter residence teams.
Our teams work on a Rota basis covering evening and weekend shifts, and combined, we speak over 21 languages.

Providing a top quality front of house service to our community of student residents, you’ll be the go-to person for all enquiries whether in person at reception, on the telephone or over emails. You’ll aim to anticipate and exceed their expectations through your exceptional service and will promote a positive and memorable stay.
You’ll work as part of a small friendly team to achieve occupancy targets; including determining the most appropriate Chapter property for each student that enquires, arranging and managing open days, conducting viewings and closing enquiries. You’ll also support the team with administration tasks, fun marketing activities, logging maintenance requests and taking payments.
As our ideal team member, you’ll be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role where you’ve supported and recognised the needs of international customers. No two days are ever the same so you’ll also need to be an organised Multitasker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additional language skills are desirable.
Salary £21,000 per annum plus bonus and company benefits.
