Customer Service Assistant Wanted

Financial services company in South Quay is looking for a full time customer service assistant.
The role involves:
- Giving online and phone support to customers
- Analysing and documenting customers’ transactions
- Effectively managing and servicing customers’ accounts
- Handling complaints and liaising with partners
Skills needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer and administration skills, including creating and dealing with spreadsheets
- Fluency in English and Portuguese and basic Spanish
- Good organisation and time-management skills
Initially a temporary position, but with the possibility of being permanent. Salary of £20,000 per year.
