Customer Service Assistant Wanted

Village Hats is the largest online hat company in the UK. We offer the largest range of hats and caps online in Europe and the UK. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and trustworthy individuals to assist us in growing our business.
We are looking for one full time English Speaking Customer Service Assistant to work five days a week, Monday through Friday. The position will start at £8 an hour with opportunities for advancement.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
DUTIES:
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
- Receive inbound calls as well as pro-actively making outbound calls to customers.
- Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints.
- To maintain accurate administrative and IT records as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You will need to speak and write English fluently.
- Have good understanding of computers and understand how to use Microsoft Office products.
- You will need to be available to work a roster with potential weekend shifts included.
- You must be legally allowed to work in UK.
- The ability to speak and write German or French is a plus although not required
experience REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
- Previous Customer Service experience would be good but not essential.
- References from your previous employers will be required.
