​We launched in 2022 with the aim to offer commercial experience rides in the Seabreacher watercraft making us one of the most exciting new activities in Central London and one of the first commercial Seabreacher operators in Europe.
​Since then we gained a lot of attention for our state of the art watercraft's uniqueness and ability to go under and above the water. Therefore we aim to continue providing an outstanding, one-in-a-lifetime experience for anyone who dares to conquer our killer whale!

​Job Role
The Customer Service Assistant's role is to provide an efficient, helpful and effective front of house service that is adaptable to individual customer needs.
You will be a first point of contact when customers arrive. Process bookings, check in and complete all relevant paperwork. Welcome returning customers with enthusiasm and celebrate their achievements. Maintain a clean and attractive sales site, promote retail sales, and provide administration support. The main focus of this role will be customer care, administration and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Additional duties will include; local marketing, retail sales and merchandising, reconciling customer paperwork and online/email administration.

Customer Service
• Assist with customer enquiries and bookings online and on site.
• Welcome customers, instruct and brief them on safety and use of equipment.
• Ensure all participants complete a risk disclaimer.
• Comply with company rules on height, weight, age and medical conditions.
• Assist participants where necessary to minimise customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out emergency drills in accordance with company directives and training.
• Maintaining all records and registers

Requirements
▪ Safety conscious, professional outlook and able to work under own initiative without supervision.
▪ A ‘customer comes first’ attitude with drive and enthusiasm.
▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working outdoors.
▪ High standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
▪ High energy levels with a cheerful disposition and the ability to work under pressure.
▪ Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and diligently follow company procedures.
▪ First Aid Certificate (to be obtained prior to start date)
▪ Must be able to perform all physical duties (with reasonable adjustments where required)
▪ Driver's license
