Customer Service Assistant Wanted

Mandatory requirements:
- Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, writing, reading, listening)
- Knowledge of London map (Zone 1)
- Basic computing skills

Skills and Abilities required:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Manage the Live chat (instant support)
- Read and reply to Emails
- Ability to communicate with both your team and the customer.
- Be quick in understanding what the problem is and quick in solving it.
- Ability to listen and understand information and to report them to your team.
- Be proactive and efficient in solving problems.
From Monday to Friday 7.30pm to 10.30pm
