CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT-LondonCAR PARKING ATTENDANTSSalary is pro- Rota £17,600 plus per annum Shift hours to include working weekends This is an excellent opportunity for two individuals to Job share or for you just to work on a part-time basis , you need to be flexible to the times you work and this will incorporate on working a few hours over the weekend The purpose of this role is to resolves customers concerns, to patrol car parks, deter crime and to implement traffic control measures whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, cleanliness, safety and delivering continuous improvement.An exciting opportunity for a candidate who prides themselves on their Customer Service and looking after the general public taking pride in your day to day role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recommending changes in order to avoid recurring customer complaints. Responding to queries and providing information to the public. Investigating complaints and taking corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints. Undertaking regular foot patrols of the car park(s).Assisting customers in distress or in need of other assistance. Monitoring activity in the car park(s) to deter criminal activity. Retrieving customers' vehicles (where appropriate).Maintaining good relations with all customers, the crime prevention unit of the localconstabulary and local businesses. Liaising constantly with the Team leader/Cluster Manager and car park staff seeking assistance and agreeing actions Regulating entry and exit of vehicles to and from car parks. Issuing and examining tickets. Cleaning all areas of the car parks and immediate environment as required. Painting car parks and associated areas as requested. Removing graffiti from walls using appropriate cleaning materials. Checking lifts for standards of cleanliness and take corrective action as appropriate. Technical Skills and Knowledge;You need to have basic computer skills and ideally knowledge of Car Park equipment( this is not essential )Excellent customer service skills is essential for this role Only successful candidates will be contacted.
