We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant We're looking for a person who is professional, dynamic and well organised person to handle assist in our online marketing and customers service operations.
This role is exciting because your going to be exposed to social media, marketing, sales, operations and design.
On a day to day basis your going to be looking at our customer service with a view to fixing and solving issues as you go. Website issue - speaking to the web team. Product issue - speaking to the logistics and npd team. Its a change for a proactive person to really understand. Your going to assist the partnerships team in their press activities and uploading loads of new content to our sites. You'll also get exposure to sales with using some great system and order processing.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a first class service to customers via multi channels for example phone, Emails and Social Media.
Resolve service issues by clarifying the customer's request; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Write copy for web, social and email ensuring consistency of tone and brand values.
Assist marketing team members in overall planning, tasks and coordination of marketing projects and activities as requested.

Skills we'd like you to have but not essential.

A track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environment with competing demands.
The ability to work to agreed outcomes.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers and partners.
Strong proficiency in: Power Point, Word, Excel.

Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
