Role summary:
Monday to Friday - 10am to 7pm
Package: £19,000 to £23,000 [Depending on experience] + Target Bonus
You will be a strong team player who is motivated by providing excellent stakeholder service. You will also have the ability to work well under pressure and be a strong multi-Tasker. You will have good numerical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive "can do" attitude, be enthusiastic and have strong attention to detail.
As a team member in a busy, welcoming atmosphere, you will have fast and accurate data entry and sales skills, working as part of a team you will manage the incoming of high volume phone call orders to dispatch stage.
The role requires a candidate to have fast and accurate administrative skills, attention to detail is ESSENTIAL. You will be ensuring the order details from clients via email and telephone are inputted accurately. Thus ensuring the customer receives the ‘right goods at the right time at the right place’. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis therefore good communication skills are vital.
General Responsibilities :
Interact with customers via phone and processing orders, using Microsoft Dynamics Nav to dispatch.
Fully resolve all customer issues and ensure effective communication with customers and internally to the rest of the business.
Accurately preparing delivery rounds and picking sheets at the end of each day for the warehouse team
Clearing short shelf life or stagnant products assigned by stock control department
Dealing with collection, returns or recalls (As per the business policy and procedures)
Develop sound knowledge of customers needs and competitors activity
Informing and communicating to Stock control department of any significant increases on customers regular usages that are out of the norm which could effect stock levels.
Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to increase sales and growth of existing accounts
To manage the retention of “lost” customers who have not bought for a set number days/weeks.
Negotiating prices where possible
Introducing new products
Work cross functionally with other departments.
Managing, sorting and upkeep of orders email.
Any other company duties to meet the expectations of company’s objectives.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
Confident interpersonal communication and excellent listening skills
Excellent organisational, administration skills, specifically accurate data entry skills
Able to promote, advise and sell products using a professional telephone technique
A passion for delivering results and the drive to exceed expectations.
Competent IT user with excellent keyboard skills, specifically excel
The ability to work well within a team environment and the adaptability to work under pressure.
Problem solving skills with the ability to take ownership of a request until successful outcome
Ability to work effectively without supervision plus as an integrated team player
