Customer Service Advisor - Despatch/Deliveries.
£10.00 Per hour
Central London
Temporary 8weeks August – October 2022
Working in the delivery despatch department of our retail client (a well-known department store) you will be focusing on ensuring that the customers deliveries are received within agreed timescales and any customer queries are resolved with satisfaction.
Key duties include:
Make outbound calls to customers in relation to deliveries.
Receive customer enquiries
Liaise with couriers and external despatch companies (monitoring and tracking performance)
Controlling despatch costs
Updating daily/weekly reports
Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
This is a very busy and fast paced environment whereby the highest level of customer service is essential. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and confident in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
This is a temporary position from starting immediately through to approximately. Mid October2022 TBC therefore you must be able to commit to working within this timeframe. Our client is open seven days a week; you will be allocated 5 of 7 days which includes weekend working.
