Your duties will include: * Handling new sales enquiries and existing customer requests * Responding to email enquiries * Take and record customer orders, process payments and other administrative duties * Building strong rapports with your colleagues and customers The working atmosphere is both demanding and challenging, so being a team player is crucial to fitting in and playing your part in the ongoing success of the business. About you Do you have these qualities, skills and attributes to bring to the position of Customer Service Advisor? * Recent Sales, Sales Support or Sales Administration experience (essential) * A confident, articulate and polite telephone manner  * Proficient computer literacy  * An eye for detail and accuracy  * A flexible attitude  * An engaging and amiable personality  * A passion to learn, commit and develop an exciting and rewarding career  Hours and Rewards The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am until 5.30pm with alternate Saturdays from 8am to 12.30pm and there is a starting salary on offer of £20,000 per annum with a generous pay plan and benefits.
