Customer Service Advisor Job

We are looking for a bright and ambitious customer service advisor / office admin to work in a thriving food manufacturing company in Croydon. The successful candidate will be working within a family-run business, in a fast paced office environment.
This will be a varied role which will include but not be limited to:
- Sales order processing
- Dealing with customers' enquiries on daily basis.
- Customer telephone and e-mail communications.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Occasionally, greeting visitors and reception duties.
- Communicating with other departments within the organisation.

Skills required:
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent and friendly telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Impeccable English speaking and writing.
- Use of own initiative when required
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Full time role, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM (plus 1 Saturday shift per month)
**Immediate start**
experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be provided.
**Must be local to Croydon**
