We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales executive to join our team South West London to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused and driven in their aim to succeed, able to demonstrate their ability to build relationships and maintain customer loyalty. Ideally the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working within a sales role. A background in the food sector is desired but not essential.
This position will suit you if you are/have:

·Excellent communication and 'people skills'
·The ability to work calmly under pressure
· Strong computer literacy
Your Main Duties will be:
•Maintain excellent customer service, processing sales invoices quickly, accurately and efficiently
•Interact with customers via phone and input orders to the system for collection and delivery
•Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to increase sales and growth of existing accounts
•To manage the retention of “lost” customers who have not bought for a set number days/weeks.
•Fully resolve all customer issues and ensure effective communication with customers and internally to the rest of the business.
•Proactively contacting customers via telephone to maintain a high level of service, whilst identifying and exploiting opportunities for profitable growth
•Contributing to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business
•Work cross functionally with other departments
•Develop sound knowledge of customers needs and competitors activity.
•Informing and communicating to Stock control department of any significant increases on products out of the norm.
•Clearing short shelf life or stagnant products assigned by stock control department
•Dealing with collection, returns or recalls (As per the business policy and procedures)
