Customer Service Administrator
Based in Hayes, Middlesex
Temporary -to-Permanent
Immediate Start – Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
£8.50 + Holiday pay

Our client - a plumbing company based in Hayes, requires additional Administrative assistance in their Admin team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, starting immediately.

Main duties:

• Receiving calls from customers who require a plumbing service.
• Liaising with plumbers to organise jobs.
• Data Entry. Logging of all calls and information.
• Dealing with general enquiries

You will work an 8-hour day. Daily start time ranges between, 8am and 9am and 10am. You must be flexible to start work at any of these times.
