Call Centre Agent
Temporary position for 8 weeks +
£8.50 Per hour + holiday pay
West London
Our client is looking for individuals to come in and work within their Call Centre in West London on a temporary basis, which will be starting immediately. The campaign will be for 8 weeks working within their online enquiry team.
Duties include:

Handling with all customer enquiries
Corresponding with customers via email, phone and livechat.
Allocating leads/enquiries to colleagues across the country.

Job requirements:

Excellent telephone manner
Call centre/Call experience
Livechat, internet lead handling and email customer service experience.
