Customer Service Administrator Within Call Centre Environment

KEY SKILLS: Experienced in Word, Excel, Outlook and also Sage. Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on their own. Able to prioritise workload within a busy office environment. Good data entry speed and accuracy. Ideally experienced within the social housing maintenance sector.
COMPANY:
The BTU Group of Companies is privately owned Building Services Company and consists of Maintenance Division, Installations Division, BTU (Pool services) Ltd and Weyside Management Services Ltd.
We offer full design, installation, maintenance and repair service to domestic and commercial plumbing, heating, hot water, gas and electrical systems.
Due to continued expansion we are keen to speak with experienced Office Administrators.
ROLE:
Part time position initially with a view to potentially being permanent in Spring 2022 working Monday to Friday between 8am and 12pm. Working in a busy responsive repairs and service department alongside an established customer service team. Assisting the Contract Manager and team in the smooth running of the office. Data entry, filing and report writing and general administrative duties. Full training will be given.
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum pro rata dependent on experience (20 hours per week)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable in dealing with clients, representatives and customers or tenants within an office environment, confident and professional telephone manner
Eligible to work in UK without requiring employer sponsorship
