Customer Service Administrator Job

Salary: £18,000 per annum
A central London florist is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.
The Company
Flower Station are a luxury floristry based in Baker Street, London. We create floral designs for breath-taking weddings, events, campaigns, product launches and photo shoots, and work with high profile clients and brands worldwide. We are determined to grow, and therefore this role offers plenty of opportunities for development.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders and liaising with our customers to provide excellence service. The duties include but are not limited to:

Ensuring orders are taken quickly and diligently.
Administrating all aspects of customer orders (paperwork, special requests and delivery instructions)
Delivering great customer service via all methods, including the phone and email.
Taking messages and queries confidently
Act as an ambassador for the company's high standards.
Confident in computer literacy

The Candidate
You will have previous customer service experience. Pro-activity and attention to detail are essential, and the role would suit someone who is passionate about customer service. You will need:

Strong customer service skills
Good organisational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong IT skills
Team player
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A positive and polite attitude
