Customer Service Administrator/Warehouse Support worker.
Hours of work – 5 days a week - 930AM to 6PM. Shifts will be allocated Monday to Saturday.
We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Customer Service team member to join our small but growing shipping company based in Twickenham, South West London.
You will be working in a fast paced, customer-centric environment that values the contribution of every individual. We can offer you a culture of teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.  The customer service team is a key component to our efficient operation.

Overall scope of the job:
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be working with a current team of 8 to ensure that all customer enquiries and requirements are handled effectively and efficiently, as well as providing additional hands on support to our Warehouse team to make sure that all shipments are processed on time. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Principle responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

Providing exemplary customer service to all customers/clients.
Dealing with a variety of enquiries via email and telephone.
Taking ownership of urgent requirements/ enquiries.
Liaising with the team to ensure a coordinated, accurate and timely response.
Providing direct  hands-on shipment processing support to the warehouse team when required.
General office administration
Process refunds using payment system and Fraud Screening.
Raising invoices and following up on outstanding and overdue invoices.
Electronically Processing orders for our customers.

Skills of the Customer Service Administrator:

Proven customer services experience in an e-commerce background.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Very good organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
The ability to keep calm under pressure
High level of computer literacy
