Customer Service Admin as Soon as Possible for Flower Company

On a daily basis, as Customer Service you’ll be responsible for:
• Dealing with customer queries
• Placing new orders
• Dealing and solving complaints in a professional manner
• Organising and tracking deliveries
• Offering quotes
• Being main point of contact within different departments
To cope with all the duties on this position, you should be:
• Fast learner
• Able to take messages and queries confidently
• Able to solve and resolve small queries (missing or late deliveries and small complaints)
• Confident in writing emails and answering them
• You MUST be computer literate
• Well presented
• Good command of English
• Organised
