You will be working based on shifts, assisting our clients through, email and telephone to ensure that they have a quality experience with us. You will have a positive outlook and enjoy speaking with people.
Your experience
Essential
• Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Self-motivated
• Good understanding of Internet and common IT applications
• Great interpersonal skills
• Previous experience is a plus however not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.
Managing Customer accounts
