We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organisation that supports transformation in the L and D industry around the globe. We are looking for a motivated and customer oriented individual to work within a small, highly professional and dynamic team based in Wimbledon, London.
Working in an expanding client advisor team, you will be actively supporting our customer's journey - contributing to customer engagement and revenue growth. Customer Relationship Manager activities will include coordinating customer events, building engagement from interest from inbound enquiries, using outgoing calls to open new opportunities, capitalising on opportunities from marketing campaigns and supporting the delivery of customer projects.
As Customer Relationship Manager, you will possess excellent professional telephone communication skills, and will be confident and articulate in following up on marketing events to maximize potential opportunities. You will also deal with on-going clients to provide first line customer support, support enquiries and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management and delivery - Supporting client projects
* Hold scoping calls with customers to identify project objectives
* Ensuring stakeholder engagement for customers
* Responsibility for keeping customer records up to date in CRM
Customer care - Maintaining and building customer loyalty
* Build strong and trusted relationships with Learning and Development professionals
* Build relationships within membership groups, You will be the first line of contact for members which will include answering benchmark questions, identifying content requirements and identifying case studies
* Supporting content and follow up for membership events
Supporting organisational growth
* Providing First line response to specific market campaigns to identify opportunities
* Managing allocation of opportunities to lead consultants (i.e. Setting up sales calls, appointments etc.)
* Write draft proposals for principal consultant team incorporating objectives / quotations
As a team player, you will be working closely with all parts of the business including:
* Principal consultants responsible for delivery of core projects
* Supporting specific sales activities, proposals and briefings for consultants
* Research team who are responsible for delivery and project management of research projects
* Client Relationship Managers provides stakeholder engagement support and manage client interface
* Marketing who are responsible for events management, campaigns and content
* Commercial - contracts, licenses, NDA and billing

Essential Requirements:
* Educated to degree level with proven experience/track record working with large corporate clients in a professional services firm
* Ambitious with a desire to build a long-term career in sales, consulting and/or marketing
* Dynamic, confident, motivated and driven self-starter who is very keen to learn
* The ability to build rapport with potential prospects and colleagues
* Clear eye for detail and able to demonstrate ability to both start and complete projects
