Are seeking an experienced customer centric professional for the role Customer Relationship Executive for their prestigious West London car dealership. Please note: The role of Client Relationship Executive requires you to work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays, 8am to 1pm on a Rota basis. Please only apply if you are happy with these hours.The RoleAs Customer Relationship Executive you will act as an ambassador at the Porsche Centre shaping the customer experience by establishing high quality customer interactions that provide a unique purchasing and ownership experience. Core Specific ResponsibilitiesAs Customer Relationship Executive you will:- Promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers contacting the Centre (showroom/telephone/internet/email) in a professional and courteous manner.- Meet and greet all customers for Sales, Service and other visitors, delivering a memorable welcome, introduce them to the relevant Porsche contact and provide refreshments- Ensure the customer enjoys the full 'Customer Journey'- Plan and implement personalised experiences with customers based on the day sheet provided by Sales and Service - enhancing the 'special' feel and should be implemented either personally or through the Front of House team.- Maintain close links with the Sales and Aftersales Departments to provide a personalised service to specifically identified customers, attend sales / Aftersales meetings as required.- Maintain close personal contact with customers consistently that enhance and underpin their experience at 'touch points' when visiting the Centre.- Extend the customer experience by providing an intermediary source of sales information if no sales executive is available immediately.- Act as the point of reference for customers who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.- Understand customer's needs and providing them with personalised solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Porsche Centre.- Endeavour to resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently to enhance external relationships. Understanding that early resolution of concerns leads to positive outcomes.- Provide appropriate gifts for customers where required and arrange any onward transport arrangements.The PersonIn the role of Customer Relationship Executive you will have / be:- experience within a customer facing / front of house role where answering the telephones was part of the daily duties- Excellent customer service skills - essential- The confidence to approach customers entering the showroom and attend to their needs- A willingness to offer and provide refreshments- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills- Extremely well presented- Good attention to detailRewardsFor the position of Customer Relationship Executive there is a fantastic package on offer:- A salary of circa GBP25,000 per annum- 10% bonus opportunity- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays- Private Medical- Option of a VW Vehicle at preferential rates- DC Pension Scheme- Life Assurance- Staff preferential rates How to Apply Hot Recruitment Consultants t/a eRecruitSmart are the retained consultancy for Porsche Centre.
