We provide personnel (bikers / drivers) to the Logistics sector and looking for a Sales Development Manager, who can manage existing Business and also develop new ones. The right candidate will also have people management experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, in order to maintain a high quality of service from our sub-contractors, to our clients.
Management experience, fluent in English and Portuguese, ability to influence and motivate others are essential skills.
Main Responsibilities:
*Manage day to day, attendance, recruitment needs.
*Communicate with Clients / Sub-contractors for feedback towards compliance of Customer Service expectation.
*Visits to existing Clients sites within London / Maintaining relationships.
*Explore new Business opportunities.
*Interviewing / finding new Sub-contractors.
