Customer Office Required in London

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our fast growing business working in the hospitality and serviced accommodation industry.
Our company specialises in medium to high-end short-term accommodation in Central London. We are not an estate agent.
We require someone who is available for 2 or 3 (flexible) weekdays per week on a fixed and permanent basis. The specific days can be discussed and negotiated. 10 hours per day, with regular overtime required.

The role entails managing the daily activity of the operation, including:
- Managing bookings
- Customer care; communication with past, present and future guests.
- Check-ins; processing new guests
- Coordinating contractor and cleaning calendars and leasing with the 3rd party companies.

Requirements
- experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferable but not essential.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Other spoken languages is advantageous.
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-  A friendly, well-mannered and sociable approach is essential.
