Customer experience Manager
To manage our customer experience team, handling customer communications and catering account management
We are looking for an experienced Manager to play a leading role in shaping our customer experience through communications with our customers by phone, email, social media and digital marketing, and account management. This role manages two direct reports, and is responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to senior management. This role offers a rounded experience in communications and marketing a wonderful brand and product.
This role sits between the Marketing and Delivery team and reports to the Marketing Director and Head of Delivery.

• Customer experience strategy, oversight and reporting
• Delivery marketing and sales strategy
• Social media strategy and reporting

• Customer feedback: phone, email, trip advisor, loyalty schemes
• Delivery orders
• Social media management
Desired Skills and experience:
• Degree level
• Appreciation and passion for premium food and retail
• Previous consumer goods experience would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment
• Very organised and ability to manage a number of different projects at once
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
