CCA International has an exciting opportunity for a Customer experience Consultant to join the team based in Canary Wharf, London. You will be on a full time permanent contract, working up to 40 hours per week, possibly on a Rota basis. Main Purpose of the Customer experience RoleWe are currently looking for a number of talented individuals, looking for their next role and step in their career. Over the next few months we are recruiting for a number of Customer experience Consultants with the ability to speak to customers over the phone, building rapport and Suing their skills to meet the requirements of our client, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.We have a number of campaigns, some are even multilingual with languages including French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Russian, Swahili and Italian, as well as English. Available are inbound and outbound roles, both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) that involve either sales or providing customer services. You could be making warm or cold calls to businesses or customers, communicating via e-mail, social media, or live web chat.As our Customer experience Consultant you will be employed with a 3 month probation period, which may be extended as required. All offers are subject to financial probity and criminality checks, and also 24 months full referencing for the period of time before the offer is made. This must consist of at least 2 references, 1 being the most recent employer. Your hours of work would be between the hours of 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday on a Rota basis. You are expected to be available to work during these times as requested. TrainingAs our Customer experience Consultant you will receive full training on all company and client systems, whether it be sales training, customer experience training or systems.
