Working as part of a team taking inbound calls from customers of Neopost Ltd, you will handle enquiries relating to payments, accounts and technical issues. It’s a varied role that will see you liaising with functions across the business as you work to resolve queries promptly and efficiently, whilst offering first-rate customer service. Our teams work to agreed objectives, with a primary focus being our First Call Resolution Rate target which seeks to resolve customer enquiries in a single contact. Your eye for detail will be complemented by an appreciation of the wider picture; your reports on correspondence trends, monthly recommendations and the information you send to key stakeholders about relevant issues will add to a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who relishes a challenge and loves solving problems, with solid experience of providing customer-focused solutions in a dynamic environment. Confident, responsible and able to work on your own initiative, you will also be computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As a key interface between Neopost UK and our client base, you must be able to maintain very high standards of customer service and have a professional, warm and personable telephone manner. A demonstrable ability to multitask and manage a demanding workload would be a distinct advantage. This role would also suit school or college leavers, with the right attitude to learning and development, who are looking to get into their first job.
