Start up operating in the property management field of short term lets is looking for staff for our office based in London.

Tasks:
Preparation and managing of listings on online platforms.
Dynamic setting and management of flats
Prompt response of requests from potential and actual guests.
Management of bookings and customer care
This work requires:
*Empathic and communicative skills in dealing with people.
*Organizational skills, team work and problem solving.
*Precision and accuracy
*Good ENGLISH and possibly knowledge of another foreign language.
*Good ability with PC and Office ( excel and power point )
*Full time and weekends availability
*Reliability
*Commitment
The ideal profile:
Aged between 25 and 35 years, domiciled in the city center or nearby.
It is preferential to have already successfully managed the reservation activities for short-rent apartments on Airbnb, Booking, or other platforms or hotels.
