We are a well-established and ambitious, family owned company specialising in delivering fresh fruit, milk and other produce to our corporate customers across London.
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to take care of our growing client base to ensure they are looked after and receive the highest level of customer care.
The key skills, personality and experience we are looking for include:

Customer service with emphasis on strong administration skills.
Excellent on the phone and easily able to manage any complaints if they arise.
Manage email queries in a timely manner.
Bubbly personality.
Attention to detail and very thorough when following up customer queries.
Build friendly but professional relationships with long standing customers.
Take pride in providing awesome customer service and essentially make sure all customers are happy.
Desire to work in a small team within a family owned, expanding London company.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be working in a small team within a family run business who will have no problem with dogs and young babies being present in the office at any given time!
