The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Advisor, with outstanding communication skills, coupled with polite, respectful and professional telephone manners, to join the Any Van Team!
We pride ourselves on being an approachable and understanding team, offering our customers excellent customer service by listening, solving problems and doing everything in our power to give them the best possible Any Van experience, no matter how big or small their request.
If you can think on your feet, take ownership of a problem, make us suggestions, offer us solutions, come up with the best possible way to leave a customer with the best possible impression - we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound telephone enquiries from new and existing customers
Collecting accurate information to provide move quotes
Providing strong product/service/industry knowledge
Coordinating with transport team to ensure moves are done seamlessly
Handling booking amendments, cancellations or problem solving

Important bits:
You'll be based at our West London office (Hammersmith)
Salary - competitive
Hours 9am-6pm
Monday-Friday plus occasional weekends (some flexibility and overtime may be an option too)
