Bishopsgate, one of our group companies, provides payroll services for our construction clients and those engaged on construction sites around the United Kingdom Based in north London, Bishopsgate is expanding and seeks a new Romanian-speaking Customer Care and Registration Officers. Training is provided. CUSTOMER CARE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Answering phone calls from contractors and agencies Dealing with payroll enquiries Compiling and sending off registration packs. Processing contracts Support other members of the team with any other ad hoc duties. Some account management involved At peak times, the volume of telephone queries can be very busy, so Bishopsgate is particularly keen to encourage applications from those who enjoy working in a team, multitasking, remaining calm under pressure and a steep learning curve.
