You’ll be working alongside our CRM and Promotions Manager and be responsible for ensuring the execution and development of our CRM plan. With a focus on targeted, personalised content, regular A/B testing and building of trigger campaigns. The long term aim of driving customer loyalty, brand recognition and relevant, exciting content.Key Responsibilities• Build and execution of our email communication plan• Ensure the brand is presented correctly in terms of image, presence and consistency• Ensure that QA processes are followed and campaigns are successfully deliveredo Troubleshoot HTML email rendering issues (mobile rendering, different domains)o Troubleshoot deliverability to various ISPs• Using Adobe PhotoShop for email creatives• Grow a content library to be used for dynamic content• Select/create targeted audiences as part of the segmentation planning• Set-up and feedback on subject line A/B testing• Closely work with Commercial and Marketing teams to improve/develop the customer journey and ensure consistent messaging at each touch point• Create/update CRM reporting and bespoke reports to feedback on testing• Reporting CRM activity and communicating this to the wider marketing team• Monitoring competitor activity and reporting back any key findingsSkillsEssential• experience working with Salesforce or other Email Service Providers• HTML and CSS experience• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast paced environment• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role• Exceptional eye for detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills• Good communicator Desirable• experience in building/designing mobile responsive email HTML templates• Strong understanding of customer life cycle and how to influence customer behaviour• Knowledge of Fast Stats Discoverer/People Stage (full training will be available)
