Credit ControllerA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised and experienced Credit Controller to join a highly reputable, established and rapidly expanding Domiciliary Care Business. This is a great chance to be part of one of the UK's most exciting businesses within Domiciliary Care, who are going from strength to strength focusing on their growth.As a Credit Controller, your role will include the following duties:* Generating invoices from our database* Issuing invoices to clients* Resolution of invoice Queries - Client/Branch Office* Cash allocation* Direct Debit collections* Chase late payments* Liaising with Solicitors to collect bad debts* Following up on pre-arranged call backs to customers to discuss payments* Explaining customers' debt and advising of possible solutions if payment has not made* Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally* Capturing data accurately at all times* Working with Excel This is a full time permanent position, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential.
