THE COMPANY
Blue Square Residential is a dynamic and innovative property Management Company based in Chiswick, West London.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a part time credit controller who will be competent, professional and enthusiastic and able to communicate well at all levels.
You will be responsible for the collection and allocation of monthly rent payments.
The role will involve chasing the outstanding debt, posting receipts to the sales ledger, allocating funds, reconciling accounts, processing adjustments to the sales ledger and liaising with tenants and the local authority.
Key Requirements
Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of literacy and numeracy, a strong organisational ability, strong analytical skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and the ability to work effectively under pressure, take ownership of tasks, set priorities and work to deadlines. Proficiency in the use of Sage50 Accounting software and MS Office applications are also essential.
· Track record of reducing debt
· 3 + years of credit control experience
· Worked within the not for profit sector will be beneficial.
Candidates from all sectors are highly welcomed; candidates with housing, estate agency or property management experience will be desirable but not essential.
THE HOURS
Position: Part time (approximately 15-20 hours a week) flexible working hours
Potential for permanent position
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Start: as soon as possible
