Your responsibilities as a Credit Card Administrator will include:To facilitate all customer queries regarding credit card payments and resolve these queries in a timely and accurate fashion. Any credit card charge backs are to be followed up and communicated to the credit card merchant service team and communicated to accounts and Front Office. Assistance with the allocation of credit card payments will be required and follow up to our merchant services should there be any discrepancies.We are looking for The ideal Credit Card Administrator will:Respond to customer credit card queries efficiently and effectively. Supply all information required to satisfy customers. Follow up immediately on charge backs received from our merchant services. Researches declined bank cards and other credit card charge backs for justification and validity Unsuccessful claims are to be communicated to FD and Hotel Manager to help reduce future unsuccessful claimsTo assist in the allocation of credit card payments against Front Office system postings- Ability to keep to strict time lines and able to complete month end paperwork efficiently- Advanced English language skills and has excellent communication skills- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
