Our first site in Chelsea is opening in September this year and we are in search of bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who love food and hospitality with the desire to progress in a new and exciting company.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist our Head Chef in managing the day to day running of the kitchen in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of food and service through a highly trained and passionate team. You will have strong kitchen experience in a similar role and able to work under pressure within a fast-paced busy environment.
Purpose of the role;
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the head chef to;
• Ensure that the food is prepared and delivered to consistently high standards 
• Participate in the creativity of menu planning and design
• Run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence carrying out stock ordering, scheduling and motivating the team
• Support and guide the team to maintain all necessary food safety paperwork, whilst complying with company policies and mandatory procedures
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver delicious, presentable food to the highest quality.
