Casual dinning restaurant Yardbird in Clapham South is looking for an innovative and creative head chef to head up it's established kitchen team.
Famous for succulent chicken, and a superb weekend brunch we've seen fantastic success since opening, and we're now looking for the right person to come on board and help develop the menu and take the restaurant to the next level.
All applicants must have experience in:
running a high volume brunch and casual dining kitchen
running and developing a kitchen team
menu development
managing all aspect of food stock control
managing all aspects of HASSAP
have an in date certificates in food hygiene
