Creative, Happy and motivated Full-Time Pastry Chef Needed.
Brickwood Coffee and Bread is a multi-award winning concept leading London’s coffee and brunch scene.
Our cafes take inspiration from the bustling cafe scene in Australia and New Zealand where quality brunch and coffee is our focus, combined with a comfy neighbourhood feel, great music and laid back but efficient full table service.
We offer unique dishes made with quality ingredients designed for the ultimate lazy brunch and offer an award winning range of pastries and cakes that are freshly baked in house every day.
We are now looking for a passionate and energetic pastry chef who possesses a genuine talent in creating and baking delicious fresh cakes and pastries.
The right candidate must be self-managing and able to work alone or as a part of the wider kitchen team.
You will also work closely to the Executive chef on menu development.
experience of managing food costs and ordering an advantage but training will be given.
2 days off a week and no evenings.
Salary range £21k - £25k per annum with all government standard sick and holiday pay. 45-50 hours per week.
Living in the South London area would be a huge advantage.
