Job Description  950 people on site with a busy commercial café, extensive fine dining and hospitality.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast paced, high quality food environment.  Working closely within a small team at one of the most highly regarded sites.  Your time will be split between the kitchen and FOH service in the Café (lunch service)  You will be expected to maintain food quality and delivery across all areas.  Show full ownership of your section, maintaining a well-established leading standard.  This is a great opportunity to join a well-established kitchen team and increase your profile within the company.
