Two Tribes Brewhouse and Taproom seek a Chef to proudly manage foodtruck operations. Two Tribes KX, a pioneering 2,500 sq ft brewhouse, taproom and event space in Londons Tileyard Studios, Kings Cross. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and hard-working Chef to lead our bespoke Horse box food truck. Chef you will be joining an entrepreneurial team who are passionate about their business, their products and work hard for one another.

Wood fired oven experience – essential.
Basic food hygiene certification – required.
Bring creative recipe ideas for specials by making use of the daily produce and network of close knit suppliers whilst involving the full team.
NVG Level 2 food preparation – preferred.
Time keeping – sharp, early and ready to go pre-shift.
Commitment, sense of humour, personality for days. We are a small team so flexibility is essential.
Flexible and able to work shifts and 7 day a week Rota patterns.
