Job description:
We are looking for Supervisors to work morning, afternoon and weekend shifts at our Maple and King's. This is a full-time position. We require staff to be available minimum for 5 shifts per week, totalling approximately 40 hours per week up to 48 hours. This is a salaried position.

Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the unit, taking full responsibility for all induction, training, ordering.
• All HACCP reporting, compliance and training. COSHH management, Rota development,
• Reporting directly to the operations manager on issues that involve the business.
. Ensuring every guest, every time in an effective, welcoming manner, with your team.
. Be pro-active about your unit, your offer and assist in building the business.
Prerequisites:
• Friendly, energetic, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in English
• 1 year at Supervisory level.
• |A determination to succeed.
• Able to work weekends and be flexible with hours
• Excellent analytical skills.
