We're Old Chang Kee, a well-known Singaporean food brand setting up our first outlet in Covent Garden.

Our menu is built around our signature curry puffs (trust us, they're the next big thing) and other mouth-watering Singaporean street food classics that are big on flavour and Spice.
We’re serving authentic, good-value Singaporean food for dine-in and takeaway.
Our brand is 60-years-old and is an integral part of Singapore’s food heritage.
Great opportunities to grow with our company and move into more senior roles in the near future, as we plan a wider roll-out.

We are looking for full time and part time crew members. You will:

Provide excellent service to customers, serving food and drinks efficiently.
Manage money and card transactions accurately.
Participate in the company’s promotional activities (e.g. Flyering, sampling, door drops in the neighbourhood)
Clean equipment and surrounding work areas.
Follow company procedures with regard to opening and closing up.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene (COSHH, Food Safety, H and S, legal regulations, environmental policies)
Receive deliveries and store them in appropriate areas.
Assist in basic food preparation, if required.

Those hired at a supervisory level will also take on added responsibiltiies of:

Day-to-day management and training of junior colleagues.
Organise counter crew shifts
Monitor front of house stock (eg. Packaging, chilled drinks, snacks)
Ensure all required front of house documentation is properly and regularly updated.
Work closely with the Director to identify and resolve any business issues.

To start in May. Salary depending on roles and experience. Must be able to work weekends.
