Lux London is expanding! We are a fast growing Aparthotel Group who are taking an innovative approach to the way we work by creating a virtual hotel service. We are now hiring two part-timers to join our Guest Reservations and Property Management Teams.
Costumer Service - Reservations department
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the full guest experience from booking, to payment, check-in, check-out;
- Dealing with guest enquiries/complaints/requests over the phone, e-mail and sms;
- Liaising with other team members in order to meet guests needs and expectations;
Property Manager
- Driving license is required - we will provide a car.
Main responsibilities:
- Inspecting properties making sure everything is running smoothly;
- Responding to maintenance issues - identifying and assessing potential fixes and managing the repair/replacement process
- Manage and facilitate requests with Guest Reservation Team;
- Liaising with cleaning team for check-in/check-out procedures;
- Dealing with guest enquiries/complaints/requests in person;
£9/hour - Evenings 6 to 10 PM and weekends. Flexible hours.
