We are a fast-growing and driven company based in Holborn, Central London. We are one of the largest Costa Coffee franchisees in London, currently operating 37 stores with plans for several more store openings in the coming months. We are also a KFC Franchises Partner with a significant and growing number of stores.
We are recruiting for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our Costa Head Office team.
The successful applicant must be willing to take ownership of tasks and take on considerable responsibility in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and an ability to get things done correctly and with accuracy. The applicant should have strong spoken and written English.
The job duties will include:
- Communicating with Store Teams, Store Managers and Area Managers via email and telephone to resolve matters, including:
Booking of training courses
Store Maintenance, including booking instructions and liaising with service companies.
Issuing marketing materials
Staff Matters
- Daily reporting, including Sales and other KPIs.
Data is accessible from a online portal and should be accurately presented.
- Day to day office duties
We offer a competitive starting salary of £21,000k per annum and the ability to develop with our rapidly growing company. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
