We are one of the largest Costa Coffee Franchise Partners in the UK with outlets across London. We currently recruiting for an Area Manager to join our fast growing team.
The position will involve, after receiving the necessary training, managing between 10 to 12 sites and over 100 members of staff. Applicants should have previous area management experience and experience working in the Coffee Industry.
We are looking for someone with passion, plenty of energy and determination in order to drive great results and performance. The candidate will be able to inspire others, introduce ideas and promote talent from within.  Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
