Corporate receptionist 6 Month Contract
Office Concierge is the number one leading provider of Reception management Services in Central London and this is your chance to gain some amazing experience within the some of London's most iconic buildings in the West End and the City. We are looking for receptionists to join one of our prestigious corporate buildings in the heart of Mayfair and two other beautiful buildings in Chancery Lane and Victoria.
This role requires you to be flexible at short notice with your shift pattern and hours.

Dealing with enquiries both over the phone, face to face and visa email.
Dealing with reservations-modifying and managing cancellations.
Checking visitors and guests in and out
Managing the cloakroom, events and storage.
Dealing with faxes and posts
Managing the onsite guest system
Provision of a friendly, professional and welcoming front of house service.
Dealing with any taxi bookings for visitors and guests.
Strong interpersonal skills

Shift Pattern 11:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday.
