Key Responsibilities of the role:

Providing 5* customer service experience with the ability to provide a distinct and memorable visitor experience for every guest.
Positive and pro-active attitude
The ability to use your own initiative during busy and quiet period.
Enthusiastic, personable and bubbly personality.
Facilities support experience
Flexibility and adaptability with a passion for customer service.
Must be happy to working on a 4 on 4 off rotating pattern and 12 hours shifts.
