Reception Team Leader
Ground Floor - Busy Ground Floor Reception in a multi tenanted building with a team of two. Beautiful corporate offices based in the heart of the west end.
(45 Hrs per week, 08.00- 17.00 hrs)
Reception Team Leader

Preferred Skills:

Customer focused
Problem solving skills
Performance management experience
The ability to train new team members and enhance their operational knowledge of the business.
Someone who will bring new innovation to the front of house reception service to improve service and ensure a seamless service to all guests and clients.
People management skills- including recruitment experience.
Encourages relationship growth
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills - you must be able to communicate with the team, building management and head office at all times.
Organisation and time management skills
Administration skills
