Bennett Hay are recruiting for an energetic and polished Porter to join our team in the provision of 5-star hospitality services for a high profile corporate client.
The job.
Our client is a prestigious global brand in the sporting world, demanding 5 star service for all of their guests and on-site staff. Bennett Hay are responsible for delivering a seamless guest service, exceeding guest expectations and creating a truly memorable experience.
Working as a member of our elite team, you will play your part in creating the best first impression on behalf of our client.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient, professional mail service, delivering and collecting mail, and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
You will also be required to organise and support stationary deliveries, replenishing stocks and ensuring printing areas are fully functional.
You will be helping to manage the clients meeting spaces, ensuring hospitality requirements are met and the highest standards of housekeeping are kept throughout.
You will be responding to a variety of support requests from the client and their guests, providing a concierge service of the highest standard.
What are We are looking for?
You will have experience of 5-star hotels or prestigious corporate environments, and you will understand what 5-star guest service looks like.
You will have good communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English, and a friendly and positive personality.
You will be organised and able to multi-task, able to prioritise effectively and work independently.
Previous experience in a print room or mail room will be a definite advantage.
What we offer.
• A generous £20,000, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern covering 8am-7pm.
