We are looking for a mid-level Associate (2-5 years' PQE) with public and private M and A; experience to join this fast-growing international corporate team.

You will work on a range of interesting transactions with a significant focus on technology, communications, energy, healthcare and media.

We would like to hear from you if you are a qualified lawyer who meets the following criteria:

* 2-5 Years' PQE
* UK or equivalent qualification
* Private, public M and A; and/or ECM experience essential (private equity and/or VC experience is desirable)
* Strong academics with a minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent)
* Excellent communication skills
